Demonstrator Training Blog Hop July 2021 Elegantly Said quick and easy heat embossed card

So glad you have popped into today!  Lucky you this is a fun blog hop!  What is a blog hop?A blog hop is when several people get together and share their ideas!  This hop is part of a Demonstrator Training Program filled with Demonstrators from around the world.  

How does it work?  All you need to do is scroll down and find the list of names.  Just click on the name right below mine and you will be off to the next blog.  Just keep doing that until you eventually get back to my blog!  I know you are going to enjoy all the cards!  So Happy Hopping!

Today's card is a beautiful Thank You card!  I don't know about you but I am always in need of a thank you card!

For this card I used the Simply Elegant Suite by Stampin Up®  This suite includes the Elegantly Said Bundle (Stamp and Die Set), Simply Elegant Designer Series Paper and Simply Elegant Trim. 

Isn't this paper gorgeous!  This paper is one of the reasons that this card can be made so quick.

Here are the card cuts ,Instructions and supply list:

Card Cuts - DSP = Designer Series Paper

Card Base - Basic Black - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4

Layer 1 - Basic Gray - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8

Layer 2 - Simply Elegant DSP - 4 x 5 1/4

Layer 3 - Basic Gray - 3 x 3

Instructions:

1. Layer 1 - Adhere to the card front.

2. Layer 2 & 3 - Grab Layer 3 and cut out using the Elegant Tag Punch.

  • Then using Versa Mark ink, stamp the sentiment as shown.
  • Cover with Silver Embossing Powder, pour off excess powder then heat up with heat tool.
  • Next color ribbon with the Bronze Stampin Blend. Let dry.
  • Wrap ribbon around Layer 2, Adhere Tag Punch label as shown then tie a bow around the end of the tag punch label.
  •  Adhere to the card front onto Layer 1. 
3. Using Versa Mark Ink stamp the sentiment onto center of inside of the card as shown.  Then stamp the flower in the lower right hand corner.
  • Cover with Silver Embossing Powder and Heat up with Heat Tool Gun. 
A quick and beautiful card!
