About Me

Hello,

  Thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me.

   I am 58, married to a wonderful man and live in Farmington New Mexico.  Which is in the northwest corner of the state about 45 minutes south of Durango, CO. 

 Wes is my husband and supports all I do in my Stampin' Up! business.  He runs an auto mechanic shop in our town.  

 We have three children and 7 grandchildren.  My life is my family.  I enjoy playing with my grandchildren every chance I get.  I have faith in God and serve whenever I get the chance. 

 We also have a fur baby named Perius.  He is a Dalmatian and a great dog.  He is so good with our grandchildren.  He actually looks forward to their visits.   He follows them everywhere when they are here.  His favorite game is tug of war.

 Our grandchildren love it at our house as we live out of town on 3 acres and they enjoy playing outside.  We have chickens and they love to collect the eggs when they are here.  One of our hens turned out to be a rooster and he has become rather protective as of late but since the grand kids hand raised him he tolerates their presence.  I love to fish and it's one of my favorite things to teach my grand children. 

How did I get started in Stampin' Up!?

 I was introduced to Stampin' Up! through a local scrap booking store.  They held classes every month and I signed up to take the Stampin' Up! card making class.  I loved the product right away and was hooked.

  Sadly about a 2 years after joining the class the local scrap booking store closed their doors.  It was a sad day for all of us.  The Stampin' Up! demonstrator decided to carry on with classes but did not have a place big enough for the class so I offered my basement and to the joy of the group our classes continued for another year.  

 Then our demonstrator announced that she could no longer hold classes for personal reasons we were devastated.  At one of the last classes she convinced me that I should take over the group and continue with the classes so I did.  She left Stampin' Up! shortly after that so I found myself orphaned as all of her up line has also quit.

 Luckily for me Stampin' Up! has great demonstrator support and slowly but surely I started to get the hang of it.  I love what I do and enjoy creating cards and sharing them with my customers.  I have a blast at the classes and its such a blessing to see all the ladies visit with each other and enjoy themselves while creating.
