Project Recipe:
- Layer 1 - Adhere to the card front.
- Layer 2 - Using the Ornate Layers Dies cut out a frame then adhere to the center of the card front layering onto Layer 1.
- Layer 3 - Stamp sentiments of your choice (I used my sentiment from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set) in Pretty Peacock ink then cut out with the Ornate Layers dies and adhere to the card front centering on layer 2.
- Layer 4 Step 1 - Stamp 2 of the small flowers in Saddle Brown Staz-on ink.
- Layer 4 Step 2 - Then color with Watercolor pencils starting in the center of each flower with the darkest color and moving out with lighter colors. I used Real Red, Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight. (Tip: You don't have to color in the whole flower you just want to add small sections of color).
- Layer 4 Step 3 - Then use the Aqua Painter to blend the colors together. (Tip: You want the Aqua Painter to be damp no dripping wet).Set aside to dry. Once dry cut out flowers with the In The Tropics Dies and adhere to the card front. One on each end of Previous layer using stampin dimensionals to pop each one up. Add one of the flower trinkets from the Tropical Oasis trinkets pack with Mini Glue Dots to the middle of each flower.
- Layer 5 - Stamp the sentiment of your choice to the center of this sheet then adhere to the inside of your card.
