Project Recipe:

  1. Cuts for Card Base, Card Stock and Designer Series Paper (DSP)
    Card Base: Thick Whisper White - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4.
Layer 1 - Botanical Prints Laser cut overlay
    Layer 2 - Pretty Peacock - 2 x 3 1/2
    Layer 3 - Botanical Prints - Die-cut accents
    Layer 4 - Pretty Peacock - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
    Layer 5 - Whisper White - 4 x 5 1/4
  2. Using Pretty Peacock ink and the flower image stamp from the stamp set, stamp several images directly onto the card front. Make sure to stamp off a few of the images.
  3. Layer 1 - Cut down the Laser-cut overlay sheet to (2) 1 1/4 x 4 1/2. Then adhere one to the top edge and one to the bottom edge. (I have found that using the silicone craft sheet and tombow glue is the easiest way to adhere glue to the backside of these pieces). Trim off any overhang.
  4. Layer 2 - Using the Botanical Print dies cut out four of the small leaves. Set aside until you have adhered Layer 3 to the card front.
  5. Layer 3 - Using Pretty Peacock ink stamp the sentiment onto the Die-cut label. Then using stampin dimensionals (make sure when you place them onto the back of the label that you are spacing them in such a way that you will be able to push the leaves behind it) adhere to the card front as shown. Then using Mini Glue Dots adhere the leaves behind the label as shown.
  6. Layer 4 - Adhere to the inside of the card.
  7.  Layer 5 - Using Pretty Peacock ink stamp a few of the flowers at the top and one in the bottom right hand corner (stamping off the sheet). Then with Black Memento ink stamp the sentiment onto the center of the sheet. Adhere to the inside of the card.
  8. Add three of the Noble Peacock Rhinestones to the sentiment label on the card front.
