Card Base - Gorgeous Grape - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Layer 1 - Hand-Penned DSP - 4 x 5 1/4
Layer 2 - Hand- Penned DSP - 4 x 4
Layer 3 - Basic White - 4 x 5 1/4 (1 x 1 3/4)
Layer 4 - Shaded Spruce - 1 3/4 x 4 3/4
Layer 5 - Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (Shaded Spruce) - 1 3/4 x 4 3/4
Layer 6 - Gorgeous Grape - 2 1/2 x 4 1/2
Layer 7 - Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (Gorgeous Grape) - 2 1/2 x 4 1/2
Layer 8 - Flirty Flamingo - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
Layer 9 - Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (Flirty Flamingo) - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
Layer 10 - Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (Shaded Spruce) - 1 1/2 x 1 3/4
Layer 11 - Cut from Layer 3 scrap the size in the parenthesis
Layer 12 - Basic White - 4 x 5 1/4
Layer 13 - Be Dazzling Specialty Paper (Shaded Spruce) - 1/2 x 4
Instructions:
1. To color the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper follow these instructions:
- You will need 3 Stampin Spritzers (one for Shaded Spruce, one for Flirty Flamingo and one for Gorgeous Grape.)
- Add 6 - 10 drops of re-inker then fill rest with 91% rubbing Alcohol.
- Shake well
- Place the Be Dazzling sheets into something that will allow you to spray without getting everything around you covered as well (Aluminum 9 x 13 pans from Dollar Tree work great)
- Spray one sheet of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper using the Gorgeous Grape Spritzer
- Spray one sheet of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper using the Shaded Spruce Spritzer
- Spray one sheet of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper using the Flirty Flamingo Spritzer
- Set aside to dry for at least 30 minutes
2. Layer 1 - Adhere to the card front.
3. Layer 2 - Cut in half at a diagonal
4. Layer 3 - Adhere Layer 2 to this sheet keeping right and bottom edges flush.
- Place in trimmer and cut at an angle leave a small white edge
- Adhere to the bottom of the card front as shown.
5. Layer 4 - Using the Summer Shadows dies cut out three of solid leaves.
6. Layer 5 - Using the Summer Shadows dies cut out three of the detailed leaves.
- Using Liquid glue adhere these to the Layer 4 solid leaves. Set aside.
7. Layer 6 - Using the Summer Shadows dies cut out 2 of the solid large flowers.
8. Layer 7 - Using the Summer Shadows dies cut out 2 of the detailed large flowers.
- Adhere these to the Layer 6 flowers.
9. Layer 8 - Using the Summer Shadows dies and the same flower die cut out 1 solid flower.
10. Layer 9 - Using the Summer Shadows dies and the same detailed flower cut out 1 flower.
- Adhere this flower to the Layer 8 flower.
11. Layer 11 - Stamp sentiment from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Gorgeous Grape
- Adhere this to Layer 10.
- Cut a strip of the ribbon and adhere to card front as shown with a Mini Glue Dot.
- Then adhere Layer 10 & 11 to card front as shown.
12. Layer 12 - Using the In Your Words stamp set and Gorgeous Grape ink stamp the sentiment as shown.
- Adhere to the inside of the card.
13. Layer 13 - Adhere to the bottom edge of Layer 12.
