Ranunculus Romance Simple Stamping

This is my second version for this stamp set!  My first one (which you can find on this blog site) I did as a fun fold card and used some different colors.  I wanted to create a card that you could just stamp and put together and just add a label!

So here we go:  Below you will find step by step instructions, card cuts and the supply list!

Card Cuts:

Card Base- Crumb Cake: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4

Card Stock - Night of Navy: 4 x 5 1/4; 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and 1 1/8 x 1/2

-Very Vanilla: 3 3/4 x 5; 4 x 5 1/4 and 3/4 x 2

Instructions:

1. On the 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 Very Vanilla piece stamp the following: (Note: you will stamp each image several times and stamping off as you go so that the ink gets lighter)

- Script Stamp & Small Label: Crumb Cake ink 

- Fancy Border Stamp: Soft Suede ink

-Small Eiffel tower stamp image: Mossy Meadow

-Flower: Night of Navy ink

2.  You will also want to stamp each of these images once onto the bottom right hand corner of the 4 x 5 1/4 Very Vanilla piece. 

3. Stamp the front sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto the 3/4 x 2 Very Vanilla piece.

4. Stamp the inside sentiment (I used the Special Moment Sale A Bration stamp set) in Night of Navy ink onto the center of the 4 x 5 1/4 Very Vanilla piece.

5. To Assemble:

     -  Adhere the 3 3/4 x 5 Very Vanilla piece onto the 4 x 5 1/4 Night of Navy piece.  Then wrap the Linen Thread around both several times and tie a bow.

    - Adhere them both to the card front.

    -Using the Ranunculus Dies and the small label die cut out the front sentiment.  Then adhere it to the 1/2 x 1 1/8 Night of Navy piece.  Add both to the card front just under the Linen Thread!

    -Apply three Brushed Metallic Adhesive-backed dots to the card front as desired. 

    -For the inside of the card adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 Very Vanilla piece that you already stamped.

Wild & Sweet with Artfully Layered Bundle and Artfully composed suite!

Thanks for popping in today!  For those of you who don't know I love wildlife.  One of my favorite shows to watch is National Geographic so the Wild & Sweet stamp set really spoke to me.

I wanted to pair it up with one of the suites in the January - June 2022 Mini Catalog! So I picket the Artfully Composed Suite.  I think they matched up really well.

Below you will find the card cuts, instructions, Supply list and a video link for this card and another one using just the Artfully Layered bundle.

Card Cuts: DSP = Designer Series Paper

Card Base: - Calypso Coral: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4

DSP - Artfully Composed: 4 x 5 1/4

Cardstock - Basic White: (1) 4 x 5 1/4; 3 x 4 1/4 (Koala Image); 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 

-Calypso Coral: 1 x 5 3/4; 2 1/2 x 2 1/2

-Mint Macaron: 2 1/2 x 4 1/4

-Just Jade: 2 1/2 x 4; 4 1/8 x 5 3/8

Instructions:

Stamping: 

-Using Black Memento ink stamp the Koala Image from the Wild & Sweet stamp set onto the center of the 3 x 4 1/4 Basic White piece.

     -Then using the large leaf from the Artfully Layered stamp set and Mint Macaron ink and stamp the leaf around the Koala image.

    - Next using a Blending Brush and Mint Macaron ink shade in around the Koala image. Set Aside.

- Using Calypso Coral ink stamp the sentiment in the center of the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Basic White piece and using Mint Macaron ink stamp several of the leaves around the sentiment. Set aside.

- Also stamp the inside sentiment onto the 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White piece in Calypso Coral ink and the leaves in the bottom right hand corner in Mint Macaron ink. Set Aside.

Die cutting:

- Using the border die from the Tropical Layers dies die cut an edged border on both sides of the 1 x 5 3/4 Calypso Coral piece (Note: the finished piece should only be about 1/2" thick.) Set Aside.

- Using the detailed large leaf cut out from the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Calypso Coral piece. Set Aside.

- Using the smallest detailed leaf die cut out from the 2 1/2 x 4 Just Jade piece. Set Aside.

-Using the medium detailed leaf die cut out from the 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 Mint Macaron piece. Set Aside.

-Using the large leaf solid die cut out around the sentiment that you stamped onto the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Basic White piece. Set aside.

- Using the Stitched Rectangle Dies cut out around the stamped Koala image.  Set Aside. 

Assemble:

- Adhere the DSP to the Just Jade 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 matte.

-Adhere the stitched Calypso Coral border at an angle as shown in the picture then trim edges. 

-Adhere the Calypso Coral detailed leaf as shown.

-Adhere the Just Jade detailed leaf over the Calypso Coral leaf as shown.

-Adhere the Mint Macaron detailed leaf over both of the last dies as shown.

-Using Stampin Dimensionals adhere the Stiched Rectangle with the Koala image onto the card front about 1/4" from bottom and left edges of the DSP.

-For the leave with the sentiment stamped on it using Stampin Dimesionals on the back of the right side and liquid glue on the left side adhere to the card front overlapping the Koala Stitched rectangle piece as shown. 

-Adhere the Faux Sea Glass as desired. 

For the inside: Adhere the stamped 4 x 5 1/4 piece to the inside of the card.

Your all done!!!!!

Dahlia Day Stamping and More

This card is a combination of simple stamping and a little more!  I designed it for my April card class and it was a hit!

I think this Stamp set has been overlooked in the Mini catalog and the Dahlia image stamp is absolutely gorgeous. So I wanted to design a card that the Dahlia stamped image is the star!

Below are the instructions, card cuts and supply list!

Card Cuts:  Card Base- Pool Party: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4

Card stock- Basic White: (2) 4 x 5 1/4 and 2 x 3 1/2 (sentiment label)

Intructions:

1.  Using the Dahlia Days stamp set, stamp the following onto one of the 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White pieces. (Note: some of the images will need to be stamped of the edges also I have found it best to start with your largest images down to the smallest image when creating this kind of design)

--- Dahlia's - Fresh Freesia, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight ink.

---Leaves & Fern - Granny Apple Green ink.

---Small Flowers - Flirty Flamingo ink.

2. Wrap ribbon around middle of the piece you just stamped. (Note: I doubled the ribbon so that it would be darker)

---Adhere to card front

3.  Using Stamp N Write markers color in the flower on the Sentiment Label Stamp (Note: You will have to breath on the stamp after coloring to re-moisten the ink before stamping) Also don't forget to color in the line around the label. 

---Stamp onto the 2 x 3 1/2 piece of Basic White

4. Using the Detailed Dahlias Dies cut out the sentiment label.

---Using Dimensionals adhere to the card front straddling over the ribbon.

5.  Using the Dark Daffodil Delight stampin blend color in three Rhinestone Basic Jewels then add to the card front as desired.

6.  Inside of card:

---Using Fresh Freesia ink stamp the large Dahlia in the bottom right hand corner and the sentiment as shown.

---Using Pool Party ink stamp the three flowers image as shown

---Using Daffodil Delight ink stamp same image as shown

---Using Flirty Flaming ink stamp the same image as shown.

7.  Adhere to the inside of the card. 

All done a quick and easy card!

Kite Delight & Expressions of Friendship Slim Line Card!

 

So glad you popped in today.  This is one of my first Slim Line cards and I knew exactly which sets I wanted to use to make it.

You see this card brings me memories of spending time at the park with my grandchildren.  My Granddaughter always loves to swing and my Grandson loves to fly kites.  So when I saw these two stamp sets I know I wanted to combine them to form that memory. 

The Slim Line cards are the perfect size to be able to recreate both the swinging and flying kites.

Below you will find Card cuts, instructions and a supply list.

Card Cuts:

Card Base- Pool Party: 7 x 8 1/2 scored at 3 1/2

Card stock - Basic White: 3 1/2 x 8 1/2 (Die); 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 (inside); 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 and 3 1/2 x 5 (kites)

-Pool Party: 1/2 x 3 1/4

Instructions:

1. Using the Slim Card Dies and the 3 1/2 x 8 1/2 Basic White piece cut out the die piece then adhere it to the card front.

2. Using the Expressions of Friendship stamp set, stamp the girl swinging in Black Memento ink onto the 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 Basic White piece. (Note line it up on the left side as this stamp is bigger then the piece you are stamping on)

    -Color in using Stamp N Write Markers.  (Note: When coloring in the leaves make sure to just color the leaves not between them)

    -Then using a blending brush and Pear Pizzaz ink blend in the top of the tree and the grass at the bottom.

    -Adhere to the card front flush with the bottom and side of the Die cut on the front. 

3. Using the Kite Delight Stamp set stamp two kites and two kite tails in Black Memento ink onto the 3 1/2 x 5 Basic White piece. 

    - Fussy cut out (I used my Brother scan and cut)

    - Color in with Stamp N Write Markers

    - Then adhere to the card front as shown. 

4. Using Black Memento ink and the Kite Delight stamp set, stamp the sentiment onto the Pool Party strip then adhere it to the card front overlapping the between the stamped piece on the bottom and the top section. 

5.  Add Basic Rhinestones as desired

6. On the 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 Basic White piece do the following:

    - Using Black Memento ink Stamp the kite and kite tail as shown, then color in with Stamp N Write markers.

    -Adhere to the inside of the card.
