Step Technique using the Pattern Play Bundle "Birthday Card"

This is a fun technique to do with stamp sets that have border images.
It's especially easy if you have a Stamparatus.
I used the Playing with Patterns Suite and the Layering Circle Dies for this fun card!
I love the way that it looks like pattern paper once it's all stamped.
You will have so much fun designing your own looks using this technique.

  25. Then add Stampin Dimensionals to the back and adhere to the card front about 3/4" from top edge of Layer 2.
  26. Layer 5 - Cut out a scalloped circle using the layering circle dies. (I used the 4th from the largest)
