Same Design Different Card - Round 3

Today I have an exciting take on the Same Design Different Card.  I did an accordion fold card using different Designer Series Paper and Stamp Sets!  I love the way they both came out!  Look what a difference these two suites make!  Parisian Blossoms Suite with Strong & Beautiful stamp set and Birthday Bonanza Suite!

For the first Card I wanted to do a special Mother's day card for my Mother.  I used Stampin Up!® stamp set Strong & Beautiful, Forever Blossoms along with the Parisian Blossoms Designer Series Paper and the Parisian and Cherry Blossom Dies.  This one came out beautiful!  The Strong and Beautiful stamp set allowed me to express my gratitude for all my Mother has done for me over the years!

Card base instructions: After scoring the 2 card bases, on the 5 1/2 x 12 fold the 4" section in a valley fold then fold the rest going back and forth between valley and mountain.  On the 5 1/2 x 11 fold the 3" end in a mountain fold then fold the rest going back and forth between mountain and valley.  Make sure to burnish the edges so that it will fold easily. Adhere these 2 pieces together by applying tear and tape to the 1" fold section then laying the 3" end from the 5 1/2 x 11 piece onto the 1" folded section.  This picture if from the back of the card.

Front Panel -  Mother's day card

The first thing you will do is using Tear and Tape adhere the ribbon to the Card front panel making sure to leave enough room on the left side so that the ribbon will wrap around entire card once it is folded and tie as shown.
I stamped the sentiment in Black Memento ink onto Whisper White then cut it out with the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I also cut out another circle in Petal Pink. Then adhere both to the card front.

Panel 1 & 2
1 - After adhering the Card stock and DSP to the panel.  I stamped some flowers and leaves on a Whisper White scrap using the Forever Blossoms stamp set then colored them in with Cherry Cobbler, Petal Pink and Mint Macaron Stampin Blends® then cut them out with the Cherry Blossoms Dies. Then adhered them to the center of the panel.

2- Adhere the Card stock and DSP to panel 2 then using the Strong & Beautiful Stamp Set and the Forever Blossoms stamps set stamp the sentiments and flower and leaves in Black Memento ink onto a Whisper White piece.  Cut out the sentiments with the Oval Die from the Stitched shapes Dies and the flower and leaves using the Cherry Blossoms Dies.  Also cut out 2 Petal Pink ovals (one size bigger) from the Stitched Shapes dies.  Then adhere all to the panel as shown.

Panel 3 & 4

3 - Adhere the card stock and DSP to the panel.

4 - On a piece of Whisper White stamp the sentiment using the Strong & Beautiful stamp set in Black Memento Ink then cut out with the Oval Stitched Shape dies.  Also cut out another Stitched Oval (one size bigger) with in Pretty Pink card stock.
Cut out 3 of the flourishes in Cherry Cobbler using the Parisian Dies. (One of these you will use on panel 6)
Then add all but one of the flourishes to the panel as shown.

Panels 5 & 6

5 - Adhere the Card stock and DSP to panel

6- Stamp the sentiment using the Strong & Beautiful stamp set in Black Memento Ink using a scrap of Whisper White then cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Cut out another rectangle die (next size bigger) in Pretty Pink.  Then add to panel using the flourish you cut on Panel 4 as shown.
